• Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
• Eligible returns will receive store credit.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Custom Apparel & Personalized Items

Because these items are made especially for you, all custom and personalized orders are final sale.

If your custom order arrives damaged, defective, or we made an error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Final Sale Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
